If you cancel the event by December 5, 2026, your money will be refunded, but if you cancel later, we will keep the registration fee for the stand in full.

The condition for sale at the event is the arranged documentation for issuing invoices.

• Each table is 140×60 cm.
• Access for unloading will be provided from the south side of the exhibition area.
• If you want to have electricity at the event, we ask you to bring an extension cord with you. Plugs are available behind the desks but can be a bit far away.
• If you will have content among the products that is not suitable for minors, we ask you to censor the products and remove them from direct reach. In the event that this is not possible due to the type of product and/or size, we reserve the right to prohibit the display and sale of these products. If you are in doubt about suitability, please consult us in advance to avoid unwanted complications at the event.
• If you would like to offer fresh food and drinks , which will be prepared on site (access to fresh water), please submit the application form for providers in the canteen.
