The event takes place on 21. 12. 2024
Applications close on 27. 9.
The selection of artists will be made 1-2 weeks after applications close.
If you are selected, we will send you a form with additional information via e-mail after the closing of applications. You will receive the bill for the table later.

In order to sell at the event, you must have a licence to issue invoices. We cannot admit you to the event without this licence.

Only adults (18+) can apply.
TABLES
There are three table options:
1) ½ table* (70 x 60cm) price 30€, includes 1 ticket and 1 chair
2) 1 table (140 x 60 cm) price 50€, includes 1 ticket and 1 chair
3) 2 tables (280 x 60 cm) price 120€, includes 2 tickets and 2 chairs
Additional tickets, chair and electricity can be reserved later if you are accepted.
*Table (140 x 60 cm) is split between two artists. The neighbouring artist is assigned at random, or you can request a neighbour if they are also accepted.
EXHIBITION RULES
You may display your products only in the assigned location.
If you will have content among the products that is not suitable for minors, we ask you to censor the products and remove them from direct reach.
Copied content (tracing, copying, etc.) is prohibited.
The sale of third-party products such as those at vendor tables is prohibited. This does not include your fan art.
The sale of AI-generated content is prohibited.
The artist selection will be made according to the appropriate theme (anime, manga, Japanese culture, etc.) and quality. The final selection will be made from the qualified artists.
